The standard travel for this cylinder is between 50mm to 1000mm. However, for cylinder diameters of 50mm and 63mm, the travel can go up to 6ml. This range in travel ensures that the cylinder can be customized for use in various applications.
When it comes to the operating temperature of the CY1B rodless cylinder, it can operate efficiently in the temperature range of 5-60 ℃. This makes it ideal for use in different environments and applications where temperature fluctuations may occur.

The CY1B rodless cylinder functions by installing a set of long-term high-strength magnetic rings onto the piston. The thin-walled cylinder has a set of magnetic rings on the outside that interact with the magnetic field lines of the rings on the piston. Due to the opposing magnetic properties of the two sets of magnetic rings, there is a strong suction force present.
When the air pressure inside the cylinder pushes the piston, the magnetic force drives the magnetic ring sleeve situated outside the cylinder to move, corresponding to the movement of the piston. The thrust of the piston must be capable of adapting to the suction force of the magnetic rings to function correctly.
The CY1B rodless cylinder is beneficial for a variety of applications due to its unique design.
