The CY1B rodless cylinder operates through the utilization of high-strength magnetic rings that have been installed onto the piston. A set of these rings are meant to create magnetic fields that pass through the cylinder's thin walls so they can interact with another set of magnetic rings that are situated on the cylinder's outer side. These magnetic rings use their opposite magnetic properties to create a strong suction force.
When air pressure inside the cylinder pushes the piston, the magnetic force of the magnetic ring drives the magnetic ring sleeve outside the cylinder to move along with it. Achieving the right level of thrust for the cylinder piston is crucial in adapting to the suction force of the magnetic ring.
