The monostable spool valves have recently become compliant with the IEC 61508 Standard (2010 route2H version) and have been certified by TÜV (551 series) and EXIDA (551-553 series) with integrity levels of SIL 2 for HFT = 0 and SIL 3 for HFT = 1.
These spool valves have threaded port connections and a "NAMUR" style interface. They can also be adjusted to suit 3/2 NC or 5/2 functions for controlling double-acting and single-acting actuators.
All exhaust ports of the spool valve can be connected, providing necessary environmental protection. This feature is particularly recommended for sensitive areas such as clean rooms, and applications in the pharmaceutical and food processing sectors.
The valves are designed to be environmentally-protected and resist against the ingress of liquids, dust, and other foreign matter. The epoxy moulded coil is ideal for general service applications.
The solenoid valves are fully compliant with all relevant EU Directives.
The ASCO Solenoid Valve is suitable for various occasions and scenarios, including industrial automation, air compressors, pneumatic systems, and gas control systems. With a temperature range of -25°C to +60°C, it can operate in a wide range of environments. The seal materials are made of NBR (nitrile) and PUR (polyurethane), making it corrosion-resistant and durable.
The ASCO Solenoid Valve works with air, inert gas, and filtered fluids, making it an excellent choice for a wide range of applications. The core tube is made of brass, which is a high-quality material that ensures the valve's long-term stability and reliability. The flow of the valve is 1/4 = 700 L/min (ANR) 1/2 = 3000 L/min (5/2, 5/3), providing strong and consistent performance.
The ASCO Solenoid Valve is available for purchase with a minimum order quantity of 1 unit. The price is negotiable, and the packaging details can be customized according to the client's requirements. The delivery time is 1-7 workdays after payment, and payment terms accepted are T/T, Western Union, and Paypal.
