The K series vibrator is a ball type vibrator, also known as a steel ball vibrator or steel ball vibrator. The housing of the K series pneumatic vibrator is made of rust proof aluminum and is equipped with hardened steel raceways, on which steel balls can roll.
The K series vibrator housing is equipped with special nylon end caps at both ends, which are used to locate steel tracks and steel balls, while preventing dust and water from entering. Therefore, this K series ball vibrator can work in harsh environments such as dust and moisture. The inlet and outlet of the ball vibrator have standard pipe threads, allowing the exhaust to be led out through the pipeline, ensuring unobstructed exhaust. To accommodate different installation positions, there are four mounting holes on this machine: two horizontal and two vertical.
Operational Principle
The K series ball vibrator uses compressed air to drive the internal steel balls (rollers) to rotate and produce a regular vibration.
