The K series pneumatic vibrator is a ball type vibrator, also known as a steel ball vibrator or steel ball vibrator. Made with rust proof aluminum, the housing is equipped with hardened steel raceways upon which steel balls can roll.
The unique design of the K series vibrator includes special nylon end caps that protect steel tracks and steel balls from dust and water while providing a means of locating them. This feature makes the vibrator suitable for use in harsh environments, including dust and moisture. The inlet and outlet of the ball vibrator have standard pipe threads, allowing unobstructed exhaust through the pipeline. Additionally, this machine has four mounting holes, two horizontal and two vertical, to accommodate different installation positions.
The K series ball vibrator operates on compressed air that drives the internal steel balls or rollers to rotate, producing regular vibrations. Operators can control the magnitude and frequency of the vibration force by adjusting the pressure and flow rate of compressed air.
