If the dust of the bag filter system is too high, and the filter material has a high wind speed, the pressure difference of the filter bag will increase. The dust removal load of the bag filter and the filtering wind speed of the filter material should be reduced, that is, the filtration area is increased, so that the filter material filtering wind speed is lowered.
3. Improper setting of relevant parameters of the pulse blowing system will result in poor cleaning effect of the bag filter. If the time interval of the pulse injection of the filter bag is too long, the pulse spray width is too short, the tightening air pressure is too low, the filter bag tension is reduced, the dust on the filter bag will accumulate too thick, and the wood dust bag will seriously affect Dust removal effect. At this time, the relevant parameters of the pulse injection system should be reset to match the practice of dust filtration;
