SMC KQG2E06-00 Bulkhead Connector Push To Connect Fittings,SS316
The SMC KQG2 series is a collection of stainless steel one-touch pneumatic fittings that offer reliable performance and strong resistance against corrosion, chemicals, and high temperatures. These high-performing fittings have many advantages, including being 30% smaller and 62% lighter than traditional fittings. Their compact design allows them to be used with tubing diameters ranging from 3.2mm to 16mm.
In addition to their size and weight benefits, the KQG2 series is also incredibly versatile and compatible with a wide range of compressed air, water, and steam systems. They have an impressive operating pressure range of (-100kPa to 1MPa) as well as a temperature range of (-5°C to +150°C). These fittings are crafted from SUS316 stainless steel, which is considered a higher-grade option compared to SUS304 stainless steel. This higher-grade steel provides improved resistance against pitting and corrosion, especially in chloride-rich environments.

Note 6) Please equip an inner sleeve for the following conditions. (ø3.2, ø1/8 "are excluded)
· When using with fluids or in environments that have extreme temperature changes.
· When using at a high temperature.
