Product Description:
The air source treatment triple component refers to the triple component composed of a pressure regulator, an oil filter, and a lubricator, which plays an important role in pneumatic systems.
The air pressure regulator can adjust the pressure of the gas as needed to ensure stable working pressure of the system and prevent system failures caused by high or low pressure.
The oil filter can filter impurities and oil stains in the gas, ensuring the cleanliness of the gas source and preventing pneumatic components or systems from being contaminated and causing malfunctions.
The lubricator can provide necessary lubricating oil for the pneumatic system, reduce the friction loss of pneumatic components, extend the service life of the system, and ensure the normal operation of the system.
Therefore, the air source treatment triad can not only ensure the normal operation of the pneumatic system, but also improve the reliability and stability of the system, reduce faults and losses caused by air source problems

The Pneumatic Filter Regulator Lubricator (FRL) will be securely packaged and shipped to ensure that it arrives in perfect condition. All FRL units will be individually bubble-wrapped and placed in a cardboard box with custom foam inserts which are designed to fit the unit perfectly. This will protect the unit from any damage during transit.
The cardboard boxes will be labeled with the FRL model number and will also contain a packing slip with the customer’s contact information and a list of the contents.
The FRL units will be shipped via a reputable courier and will typically require a signature on delivery.
