DB 120/C Mecair Type Diaphragm Valve Repair Kit
The DB 120/C + DB 16/G diaphragm repair kit is used to repair and replace Mecair 2 1/2'' VNP220, VEM220, VNP420, VEM420, VNP424, VEM424, VNP620, VEM620, VNP720, VEM720 Diaphragm Valves. The repair kit comes with a diaphragm assembly, and 1 spring. The diaphragms body is made of rubber, which is corrosion resistant and gives you a product with a life of about 1 million cycles. Our high-quality material increases your products efficiency by reducing energy loss.
The 200 SERIES is a range of diaphragm valve suitable for Dust collector applications,in particular for reverse pulse jet filter cleaning of filter bags cartridges envelope filters,ceramic filters and sintered metal fibre filters. The 200Series valve has the inlet port at 900 to the outlet port. The 200Series range comprises 7 models from 3/4" to 3", all with threaded female gas connections.
The 200 Series is available in the following versions:
• VNP,with integrated solenoid pilot
• VEM,with remote pneumatic connection.
