Following industry requests for a range of light-weight, grease-free and high-performance metal fittings, our R&D engineers have re-designed their popular KQG/KFG and KQB metal fittings ranges. The new versions are even smaller, lighter and stronger.
Our new KQG2 Series of stainless steel 316 one-touch fittings are 30% smaller and 62% lighter than the previous models, with 8 new options and now 17 models in total. Compatible with a variety of tube diameters from 3.2mm up to 16mm, these fittings are designed for applications where heat, corrosion and chemical resistance is a necessity.
The KFG2 Series, our stainless steel 316 insert type fitting, has been extended from 5 to 9 models, with NPT threads and a 16mm tube size. These fittings can operate at temperatures from -65ºC to 260ºC when selected without a sealing thread agent, with sleeveless sealing ensuring easier maintenance.
Finally, our brass option, Series KQB2 includes 17 models with both NPT and G thread options. 30% smaller and 62% lighter than previous models, electroless nickel plating is applied to all brass parts to ensure these fittings look great for the duration of their lifetime.
SMC's KQG2T04-00 Pneumatic Tee Fitting is a one-touch pipe fitting designed for quick connection and disconnection of air and liquid pipes, with a shape of tee. It is made of SS316, and its temperature range is from -25°C to 150°C. This product is certified by CE, and the minimum order quantity is 20.
