SMC KQG2U12-00 Plugs Pneumatic - Threaded Connection Type For Efficient Operations
The SMC KQG2 series of stainless steel one-touch pneumatic fittings provide impressive performance and superior protection against chemical exposure, temperature fluctuations and corrosion. Equipped with a more compact design, these fittings are 30% smaller and 62% lighter than traditional fittings, making them more suitable to be used with a tubing diameter ranging from 3.2mm to 16mm.
What’s more, the KQG2 series is incredibly versatile and appropriate to be employed with a wide variety of compressed air, water and steam systems. It is able to deal with an operating pressure range of (-100kPa to 1MPa) and temperature conditions (-5°C to +150°C). In addition, this product is produced by SUS316 stainless steel thick plates, a better grade than SUS304 stainless steel, yielding improved pitting and corrosion resistance especially in chloride environments.
This product is highly compact and light, with a 30% reduction in dimension and 62% lighter weight in comparison to the KQGL06-01S. It is composed of stainless steel 316 for metal components, and FKM for seal portions. Its wide variety of usability with tubings made of materials like FEP, PFA, nylon, soft nylon, polyurethane and polyolefin, makes it suitable for temperatures between -5 and 150°c. Furthermore, it does not consume any grease, allowing it to be used with steam as well.
