SMC has recently released the VT307 Series of direct-acting solenoid valves. This updated range offers lower power consumption compared to its predecessor and is available with both vacuum and energy-saving versions.
Furthermore, these new valves come with built-in voltage surge suppression to protect the valves from electrical damage.
This solenoid valve is designed with a single valve which has various functions, while we also use low concentration ozone resistant. Moreover, the rubber seal material of the main valve is HNBR. The mounting dimensions are interchangeable with existing products. Besides, this 3 Port Solenoid Valve is a direct-operated poppet type, and it is continuous duty type, energy-saving type as well as vacuum specification type.
This technology is applicable for multiple purpose. For instance, it is suitable for blow-off valves, pressure release valves, single acting cylinder drives, divider valves, and double acting cylinder drives.
Blow-off valves are widely used for controlling and regulating fluid flow. Pressure release valves are used when there is an excess of pressure. Single acting cylinder drives create linear movement when controlled by pressure. Divider valves divide oil into two streams, hence it can be used to reduce the flow of liquid. Additionally, double acting cylinder drives store two distinct pressures and create linear motion.
