We offer load-sensing-systems for smaller working machines in the sizes 18, 28, and 35, with a nominal pressure of up to 250 bar and a maximum pressure of 280 bar, and all in an open circuit.
Variable pumps with axial piston rotary groups of swashplate design for hydrostatic drives in open circuit feature an infinitely varied flow by controlling the swashplate angle. This has the potential to produce significant fuel savings up to 15% compared to fixed systems and optimized efficiency with the same power at less fuel consumption. Additionally, it has an increased service life compared to gear pumps and a compact design by integrated controllers.
The wide range of adaptable control devices suit all important applications, providing stepless flow variation by adjusting the swashplate angle, low noise, high power density and excellent suction characteristics. Its high flexibility is due to the interchangeable through drive adapter. Variable pumps are used in applications for construction machinery, agricultural machines and material handling.
