Piston-Actuated Hydraulic Pumps 35 (2.1) Displacement
This load-sensing-system is designed for use in a range of smaller working machines. The sizes available are 18, 28 and 35. The system operates at a nominal pressure of 250 bar,while the maximum pressure achievable is 280 bar. An open circuit system is used to control the pressure.
Variable pump with axial piston rotary group of swash plate design for hydrostatic drives in open circuit is significant in that it offers up to 15% fuel savings compared to fixed systems while still achieving equal power but with less fuel consumption. Its optimized efficiency also leads to increased service life when compared to gear pumps. Further, this pump features a compact design by integrated controller and has a wide range of highly adaptable control devices for various important applications.
Moreover, stepless flow variation is achieved by adjusting the swashplate angle, and offers a number of other features such as low noise, high power density, excellent suction characteristics and high flexibility due to an interchangeable through drive adaptor. It can be used in various applications such as construction machines, industrial machines and agricultural machines.
