Hydraulic Pumps 250 (3600) PSI Piston-Style
We offer load-sensing-systems for smaller working machines with sizes available in 18, 28, and 35. The nominal pressure is 250 bar, and the maximum pressure goes up to 280 bar. All the load-sensing-systems have an open circuit.
Variable pumps with axial piston rotary group of swash plate design for hydrostatic drives in open circuit can have a significant fuel savings of up to 15% compared to fixed systems, due to the flow being proportional to drive speed and displacement, and its capability of infinitely varying the flow by controlling the swashplate angle.
The variable pumps provide an optimized efficiency with the same power output, but using much less fuel consumption, and it also comes with an increased service life compared to gear pumps with its compact design by integrating the controller.
The variable pumps also have a wide range of highly adaptable control devices, providing low noise, high power density, excellent suction characteristics, and a high flexibility due to interchangeable through drive adapter.
These types of variable pumps are widely used in various applications due to its high level of efficiency.

Hydraulic pumps are often used in many different industries. From machinery to engineering, shipbuilding to agriculture and beyond, many different types of mechanical, industrial and agricultural equipment rely on these pumps to execute their functions.
The primary role of a hydraulic pump is to transfer liquids from one place to another, but it is also able to convert the pressure and flow of the liquid into necessary mechanical or electrical energy.

Piston hydraulic pumps are packaged and shipped in a double-walled cardboard box, which is sealed with a plastic wrap to ensure that the pumps are protected from the elements during transit. The box is also equipped with foam inserts to cushion any shocks or vibration that may occur during transit. The box is labelled with the product name, customer information and a tracking number. The box is then securely strapped to a pallet and shipped with a reputable courier.
