The SMC rod less cylinder utilizes industrial-grade magnets located in the piston and external carriage to form a unit that will move, when air pressure is applied. The product's weight has been minimized through the optimization of the body and head cover shapes, as well as the usage of magnetic coupling.
Due to the absence of external leakage, the CY series can be used in various types of conditions. The wide range of magnetically-coupled cylinders applications helps to save on space. The necessary accuracy and load duration can be achieved with the integration of guides. The CY series can be found in 9 bore sizes, which range from 6mm to 63mm with a maximum of 1000mm strokes. There are 5 different models with a variety of features, allowing greater flexibility in selecting the best one for the job at hand. In addition, auto switches come standard.
