This product is incredibly compact and light, with approximate dimensions that are 30% shorter than KQGL06-01S. The weight is around 62% lighter, making it even more lightweight and easily transportable.
It is designed with metal parts made of stainless steel 316 and seal parts using special FKM. It is also suitable for use with a range of tubing materiall, such as FEP, PFA, Nylon, Soft nylon, Polyurethane and Polyolefin.
The technical parameter of this device is designed for the fluids of air, water, and steam . Operating pressure range (-100 kPa to 1 MPa) could be achieved when its entire pressure reaches maximum proof pressure at 3.0 MPa. Besides a grease-free specification, it also demands sealing on the threads with sealant.
For optimal performance, it is recommended to remain a temperature between -5 to 150°C (No freezing). High and low ends of this scale shall not be exceeded.

One year quality guarantee Policy
We will check the goods quality before shipment. If there are some unexpected problems
happen, we hope to solve the problems with buyer through friendly in the following ways:
1, If it is quality problem, buyer can submit argue within 15days after receiving the goods,
buyer must provide photos or video and other evidence to seller for identify.
2, Man-made damaged, buyers take full responsibility.
3, Product quality processing program:
1) The buyer return the products for bad quality reasons for one year (not included those
damages coursed by shipping or Man-made damaged ). A 15% restocking fee is
assessed for any products returned in "used" condition. And then we will send a new
product to buyer and pay for the resend shipping cost.
2) If the goods (total price including shipping is less than 10USD) has quality problems, we
will resend a new product in buyer next order; if buyer don't plan to make a new order in
the near term, buyer can pay the resend shipping cost and ask to resend a new product. If
there is an issue with the products, please contact us– we will solve it as soon as we get
your email.
