Product Description:

SMC's KQG2 stainless steel range provides engineers with a choice of high performance push in fittings that offer resistance to corrosion, chemicals and high temperatures. Compared to the existing KQG range, the KQG2 series units are 30% smaller and 62% lighter, and available to tubing diameters from 3.2 to 16mm. Furthermore, they are suitable for use with compressed air, water, and steam - able to perform across a wide range of pressure (-100kPa to 1MPa) and temperature (-5°C to +150°C) conditions.

The KQG2 fittings are manufactured from stylish SUS316 stainless steel, which boasts higher pitting and corrosion resistance than grade 304 stainless steel, especially in chloride environments.

Features:

This product is compact and light. It is 30% shorter than KQGL06-01S, and 62% lighter. The metal parts are made of Stainless Steel 316, while the seal parts are made of special FKM. The fluient temperatures range from -5 to 150°C. Applicable tubing material includes FEP, PFA, Nylon, Soft Nylon, Polyurethane, and Polyolefin. It is grease-free, and can be used with steam.

KQG2 Series One-Touch Fitting Overview

The KQG2 series one-touch fittings employ FKM seals and are suitable for a vast spectrum of tubing materials, such as FEP, PFA, nylon, soft nylon, polyurethane, or polyolefin. What's more, these fittings are suitable for steam and does not require the use of grease.

Applicable Tubing

The KQG2 series one-touch fittings are compatible with FEP, PFA, nylon, soft nylon (note1), polyurethane, and polyolefin (note2) tubing.
